A delicious soft cheese omelette served with a fresh salad.

20 g butter

45 g cheese

Salad

1 1/2 pcs mixed greens

7 pcs cherry tomatoes

1 1/2 cl olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

salt

black pepper

Preparation: Make sure you have all ingredients ready before you start cooking.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.

Add butter and allow it to melt without browning.

Stir gently with a spatula while shaking the pan to create small soft curds.

When the eggs are mostly set but still slightly glossy on top, stop stirring and let the base lightly set.
