20 g butter
45 g cheese
Salad
1 1/2 pcs mixed greens
7 pcs cherry tomatoes
1 1/2 cl olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
salt
black pepper

Preparation: Make sure you have all ingredients ready before you start cooking.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.

Add butter and allow it to melt without browning.
