150 g smoked sausage

150 g spicy sausage

200 g pork shoulder or bacon pieces

1 pcs onion

4 pcs garlic cloves

2 pcs bay leaves

1 tsp ground cumin

1 pcs orange

Preparation: Make sure you have all ingredients ready before you start cooking.

Heat oil in a heavy pot.

Brown smoked sausage until lightly crisp.

Simmer gently for 2700-3600 seconds.

Lightly mash a portion of the beans against the side of the pot to thicken the stew naturally.

Simmer until rich and slightly glossy.

Adjust salt before serving.
