200 g green beans

Lemon-Dill Sauce
1 dl Greek yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh dill

Preparation: Make sure you have all ingredients ready before you start cooking.

Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F.

Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread potatoes on a baking tray in a single layer.

Roast potatoes for 20 minutes.

Toss green beans with olive oil and salt.

Add green beans to the tray with potatoes.

Roast together for another 10–15 minutes until potatoes are golden and beans are tender but still bright.

Reduce oven temperature to 200°C / 400°F.

Place salmon on a lined baking tray.
