300 g granulated sugar

30 g powdered sugar

3 pcs large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

65 g unsweetened cocoa powder

95 g all-purpose flour

3/4 tsp sea salt

180 g chocolate chips or chunks

Preparation: Make sure you have all ingredients ready before you start cooking.

Preheat oven to 325°F / 165°C and line an 8x8 inch metal baking pan with parchment paper.

Melt the butter together with the chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Let cool slightly.

Whisk the eggs and granulated sugar together until pale, thick, and slightly ribbon-like (about 120-180 seconds).

Fold in the chocolate chips.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Bake for 1800–2160 seconds. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with moist crumbs but no wet batter.
